Guangxi Liugong and CARRIE Signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On March 17, Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co., Ltd. and Changsha CARRIE Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly develop the metallurgical machinery market to achieve win-win benefits. Attendants of the signing ceremony include Liu Yixiong, the domestic marketing consultant of Liugong, Huang Guanping, the manager of Hunan Office of the Marketing Division of Liugong, Tan Shuguang, general manager of Hunan Huayu Scraper Machinery Sales Co., Ltd., Yan Xiaowu, manager of Hunan Huayu Scraper Machinery Sales Co., Ltd., and Yin Mingkun, deputy general manager, Xiong Wei, general production dispatcher, and He Shixin, director of Quality Control Department, of Changsha CARRIE Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.
Under the agreement, Liugong and CARRIE will cooperate in the metallurgy market, and jointly develop metallurgy trolley logistics equipment targeted at the special application environments at steel factories. Liugong is a famous enterprise in China’s construction machinery industry, whose wheel loader product has ranked second in the world in sales in recent years. Liugong is equipped with solid technological strength, and has established a sound marketing and after-sales systems worldwide. CARRIE has obtained a solid customer base and good brand image in terms of metallurgy logistics over the years. This cooperation will bring into play the advantages of both companies, so as to provide better products and services for the metallurgical industry.
On February 22, 2011, Changsha CARRIE Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. was awarded “2010 Advanced Unit of Tax Payment” by the Management Committee of Changsha Lugu High-tech Development Zone, and also won the invention patent implementation prize.
In 2010, through the unremitting efforts of all staff, CARRIE overcame the adverse effects of the financial crisis and achieved double harvests in both revenues and the payment of taxes, laying a good foundation for stepping onto a higher level in 2011.
CARRIE attaches great importance to independent innovation and intellectual property rights protection. It has constantly increased investments in research and development in technology over the years, and made breakthroughs in core technologies and system integration capabilities. In 2010, CARRIE made breakthrough in terms of research and development of multiple new products, and obtained one invention patent and a number of utility model patents. So far, it has obtained nearly 20 patents, covering areas such as holding tanks, ladle cars, flat cars, tractors, suction cars and so on, and made a large number of independent innovation achievements in the technical fields of machinery, control, electricity and modeling, which are widely used in the existing products.
